The editorial standard
Every entry earns its place, or it doesn’t go in.
Verifiable revenue
A real source behind the number, a direct interview, a public post, or a screenshot we can point to.
Live and active
The project URL works and the business is still running, or sold with proof of acquisition.
A real, named founder
Identifiable by name or handle, no anonymous claims.
No empty fields
The whole case study is filled out. If we can’t complete it honestly, it doesn’t go in.
What gets rejected.
Revenue we can’t verify. Projects that have gone dark. Numbers outside the $200–$5K/month range for the core tier. Anything that isn’t replicable by a solo founder. Unprovable claims of making $30K/month.
